1 HORMEL® ALWAYS TENDER® Mesquite Barbecue Flavored Center Cut Pork Loin Filet
|
|
1 medium green bell pepper, cut into 1/2-inch strips
|
|
1 medium red bell pepper, cut into 1/2-inch strips
|
|
1 medium orange bell pepper, cut into 1/2-inch strips
|
|
2 medium zucchini, halved and cut into 3-inch pieces
|
|
3 tablespoons CARAPELLI® Extra Virgin Olive Oil
|
|
1 teaspoon salt
|
|
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
|
|
|

| DIRECTIONS |
|
Grill loin as directed on package. Toss vegetables with olive oil, salt and pepper. During the last 10 minutes of grilling the filet, place the vegetables on the grill*. Cook until vegetables are crisp-tender. Serve loin on larger serving platter surrounded by grilled vegetables.
