| Tailgate Kabobs |

| INGREDIENTS |

2 pounds HORMEL® ALWAYS TENDER® Pork, cut into 1-inch cubes
|
|
1 cup Italian salad dressing
|
|
2 tablespoons dried red pepper flakes
|
|
1 tablespoon fennel seed
|
|
1 green bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
|
|
1 red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
|
|
1 onion, cut into 1-inch pieces
|
|
24 (6-inch) wooden skewers (soaked in water 30 minutes before using)
|

| DIRECTIONS |
|
In resealable plastic bag, place pork, salad dressing, red pepper flakes and fennel seed. Seal bag; refrigerate 1 hour or overnight. When ready to cook, thread pork, bell peppers and onion on skewers. Discard marinade. Grill kabobs over medium-hot coals or broil 5 inches from heat 5 minutes per side.
