| Warm Oriental Sirloin Steak Salad |

| INGREDIENTS |

1 pound HORMEL® ALWAYS TENDER® Boneless Beef Sirloin Steak 1 inch thick
|
|
1 tablespoon teriyaki sauce
|
|
1 package (11.75 oz.) complete Oriental salad mix
|
|
1/4 pound fresh peapods, washed
|
|
1 can (8-ounce) sliced water chestnuts, drained
|
|
2 green onions, sliced
|
|
|

| DIRECTIONS |
|
1. Place steak on broiler pan; brush with half of teriyaki sauce. Broil 3 to 4 inches from heat for 7 to 8 minutes. Turn; brush with remaining teriyaki sauce. Broil for an additional 7 minutes for rare, 10 minutes for medium. You may also grill steak if desired.
2. Remove dressing and noodle packets from salad. Place remaining contents in bowl. Add peapods and water chestnuts; toss to combine. Drizzle dressing from packet over salad; divide salad evenly between 4 plates. Sprinkle with noodles from packet.
3. Slice steak into thin strips; divide evenly and top each salad with steak. Sprinkle with green onions.
