Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 325°F. Remove beef from wrapper. Place beef in shallow roasting pan. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until inserted meat thermometer into thickest portion of meat registers 155°F for medium doneness. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing. Meat temperature will rise 5°-10° after removal from oven.
Grill: Heat grill. Remove beef from wrapper. Place beef on grill over medium heat. Grill 30-35 minutes, turning occasionally, until inserted meat thermometer into thickest portion of meat registers 155°F for medium doneness. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing.
