INGREDIENTS
1 package HORMEL® ALWAYS TENDER® Lemon Garlic Flavored Pork Loin Filet, cut into strips
1 tablespoon CARAPELLI® Light Olive Oil
1 (9-ounce) package refrigerated egg noodle fettuccine
1 (9-ounce) package refrigerated spinach noodle fettuccine
1 cup fresh sliced asparagus
1 cup fresh sliced mushrooms
1 medium yellow summer squash halved and cut into 1/4-inch thick pieces
1/2 cup frozen peas
1 (10-ounce) jar prepared alfredo sauce

DIRECTIONS
In large skillet, sauté pork in oil until cooked through. Remove from heat and set aside. Meanwhile, in a large pot of boiling salted water, prepare fettuccine as package directs. During last 2 minutes of cooking; add vegetables. Heat sauce as package directs. Drain pasta and vegetables. Place pasta in a large serving dish. Toss with cooked pork and alfredo sauce.
