| Grilled Lemon Italian Pork Sandwich |

| INGREDIENTS |

1/2 package HORMEL® ALWAYS TENDER® Lemon Garlic Flavored Pork Loin Filet (about 1 pound), cut into 3/4-inch thick slices
|

4 slices fresh or canned pineapple
|
|
1/4 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
|
|
1/4 teaspoon Dijon mustard
|
|
1 clove chopped garlic
|
|
4 sesame seed hamburger buns, sliced
|
|
fresh spinach leaves
|
|
|

| DIRECTIONS |
|
Over medium-hot coals, grill pork slices and pineapple 5 to 6 minutes, turning occasionally, until pork is no longer pink and reaches an internal temperature of 155°-160°F. In small bowl, combine mayonnaise, mustard, and garlic; spread on cut sides of buns. Line each bun with spinach leaves. Top with pork and pineapple.
