| Thai-Style Pork Wraps |

| INGREDIENTS |

Sauce:
|
|
2 cups sour cream
|
|
2/3 cup milk
|
|
1/4 cup HOUSE OF TSANG® BANGKOK PADANG™ Peanut Sauce
|
|
|
|
Filling:
|
|
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
|
|
2 pounds HORMEL® ALWAYS TENDER® Boneless Pork Chops cut into 1-inch pieces
|
|
2 teaspoons finely chopped gingerroot
|
|
6 cups shredded cabbage
|
|
3 cups julienne carrots
|
|
1 cup finely chopped red bell pepper
|
|
1/2 cup sliced green onion
|
|
1 cup HOUSE OF TSANG® BANGKOK PADANG™ Peanut Sauce
|
|
1/2 cup coconut
|
|
2 tablespoons curry powder
|
|
5 cups cooked white rice
|
|
12 MANNY'S™ 9" Burrito Size Flour Tortillas , warmed
|
|

| DIRECTIONS |
|
In medium bowl, combine all sauce ingredients. Cover and refrigerate until serving time. In large skillet, in vegetable oil, sauté pork and ginger 7 to 9 minutes. Add cabbage, carrots, bell pepper and onion; continue cooking until vegetables are crisp tender, 5 to 7 minutes. Meanwhile, in large saucepan, combine 1 cup peanut sauce, coconut and curry powder; heat until hot. Stir in rice and mix well. Add rice to pork mixture. To serve, place 1 cup filling down center of each tortilla. Fold two opposite edges of tortilla toward center of filling; roll up and serve.
