for 20-25 minutes per pound or until meat thermometer reads 155°-160°F. Let meat stand 5 minutes before serving.
Grill: Remove pork from wrapper. Place on grill. Grill over medium heat, turning occasionally, for 20-25
minutes per pound or until inserted meat thermometer reads
155°-160°F. Let meat stand 5 minutes before serving.
