Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 325°F. Remove beef from wrapper. Place beef in shallow roasting pan. Bake at 325°F for 30-35 minutes per pound or until inserted meat thermometer (into thickest portion of meat) registers 155°F for medium doneness. Meat temperature will rise 5°-10° after removal from oven. Grill: Heat grill. Remove beef from wrapper. Place beef on grill over indirect heat (medium-low). Grill 25-30 minutes per pound, turning frequently, until inserted meat thermometer (into thickest portion of meat) registers 155°F for medium doneness. Approximate Weight: 2 lbs. Servings: 4-5
