1 package HORMEL® ALWAYS TENDER® Pork St. Louis Style Ribs (about 3 lbs)

garlic salt
|
|
pepper
|
|
1/3 cup ketchup
|
|
3 tablespoons brown sugar
|
|
2 tablespoons chili sauce
|
|
1 1/2 teaspoons vinegar
|
|
1 1/2 teaspoons liquid smoke
|
|
3/4 teaspoon lemon juice
|
|

| DIRECTIONS |
|
Sprinkle ribs with garlic salt and pepper. In saucepan over medium heat, combine remaining ingredients. Cook 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Heat oven to 325°F. Place ribs, bone side down in shallow roasting pan. Baste with sauce. Bake 2-1/2 to 3 hours or until internal temperature of 160°F is reached, turning and basting with sauce occasionally.
