| Cowboy Barbecued Ribs |

| INGREDIENTS |

1 package HORMEL® ALWAYS TENDER® Pork Spareribs
|
|
1 cup water
|
|
1/3 cup butter or margarine
|
|
2 tablespoons lemon juice
|
|
1 tablespoon chili powder
|
|
1 tablespoon dry mustard
|
|
1 tablespoon paprika
|
|
1 tablespoon sugar
|
|
2 teaspoons salt
|
|
1 teaspoon garlic powder
|
|
1 teaspoon onion powder
|
|
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
|
|

| DIRECTIONS |
|
Heat oven to 400°F. Place spareribs on broiler pan. Cover with foil. Roast 1 hour. Meanwhile, in saucepan combine remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 30 minutes. Brush sauce on ribs. Broil 7 to 10 minutes. Serve ribs with additional sauce.
