| INGREDIENTS |

1 pound HORMEL® ALWAYS TENDER® Pork, cut into 3/4-inch cubes
|
|
2 teaspoons oil
|
|
1 (14-ounce) bottle hot-style ketchup
|
|
3 tablespoons honey
|
|
2 tablespoons lemon juice
|
|
2 teaspoons hot pepper sauce
|
|
1 teaspoon dried thyme
|
|
1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed
|
|
1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper
|
|

| DIRECTIONS |
|
In large skillet over medium-high heat, cook and stir pork cubes in oil 4-5 minutes or until pork is no longer pink. Remove excess fat from skillet; reduce heat to low. Add remaining ingredients to skillet, stirring to coat pork cubes. Cover and cook 1 minute or until thoroughly heated. Transfer to warm serving dish; serve with toothpicks.
