| Grilled Peppercorn Pork Kabobs with Fresh Fruit Salsa |

| INGREDIENTS |

2 packages HORMEL® ALWAYS TENDER® Peppercorn Pork Chops , cut into 1-inch cubes
|
|
Wooden skewers
|
|
SALSA:
|
|
2 cans (8-ounce each) pineapple tidbits in unsweetened juice, drained
|
|
1 cup chopped fresh strawberries
|
|
2 medium nectarines or peaches, chopped
|
|
1/4 cup sliced green onions
|
|
1/4 cup finely chopped cilantro
|
|
2 tablespoons sugar
|
|
2 tablespoons vinegar
|
|
2 tablespoons HOUSE OF TSANG® Low Sodium Ginger Soy Sauce
|
|
4 cups cooked white rice
|
|
|

| DIRECTIONS |
|
Soak wooden skewers in water for 10 minutes. Thread meat onto each skewer keeping 1/4 inch between each piece. Meanwhile, in medium bowl, combine salsa ingredients; set aside. Grill kabobs over medium-hot coals 10 to 15 minutes or until cooked through. Serve over rice with salsa on the side
