Cooking Directions

Conventional Oven: Remove pork from wrapper. Leave net on. Place roast in shallow roasting pan. Bake at 325°F for 45-48 minutes per pound or until inserted meat thermometer reads 165°F. Let meat stand 5 minutes before serving.
