| Spicy Chicken Fajitas |

| INGREDIENTS |

2 packages HORMEL® ALWAYS TENDER™ Roast Flavored Chicken Breasts (17 ounce)
|
|
1 cup sun-dried tomato vinaigrette salad dressing
|
|
2 tablespoons oil
|
|
3 cups thinly sliced assorted bell pepper strips
|
|
1 small red onion, cut into thin strips
|
|
8 MANNY'S™ 8" Fajita Style Flour Tortillas , warmed
|
|
Shredded lettuce, diced tomato, salsa, guacamole, and sour cream
|
|

| DIRECTIONS |
|
Place chicken and 1 cup salad dressing in large plastic food storage bag. Seal and marinate in refrigerator 30 minutes. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Remove chicken from marinade, discard marinade and add chicken to skillet. Cook over medium-high heat 5-8 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink. Set aside. Meanwhile, in another large skillet, in remaining oil, cook peppers and onion over medium-high heat until crisp-tender. Add peppers and onion to skillet with chicken and combine well. Serve fajita mixture in tortillas and top with shredded lettuce, tomatoes, salsa and guacamole and sour cream.
