Conventional Oven<: Remove pork from wrapper. Place filet on shallow baking pan. Bake at 350°F for 20-25 minutes per pound or until inserted meat thermometer reads 155°-160°F. Let meat stand 5 minutes before serving. Grill: Remove pork from wrapper. Place on grill.
