Conventional Oven: Remove pork from wrapper. Place tenderloin in shallow baking pan. Bake in a preheated 425°F oven for 25-30 minutes or until meat thermometer inserted into thickest portion of the meat registers 155°-160°F. Let meat rest 5 minutes before slicing.
Grill: Heat grill. Remove pork from wrapper. Place tenderloin directly on grate of grill. Grill over medium heat for 25-30 minutes, turning occasionally, or until a meat thermometer inserted into the thickest portion of the meat reaches 155°-160°F. Let meat rest 5 minutes before slicing.
