Roasting Directions
Season roast with spices as desired.
Place roast, fat side up, on a rack in an open roasting pan.
Do not cover. Do not add water.
Roast in a 325°F oven until internal temperature reaches 165°F (medium-well).
Roast temperature will rise 5°F after removal from the oven.
