| Grilled Mesquite Pork Loin |

1 HORMEL® ALWAYS TENDER® Mesquite Barbecue Flavored Center Cut Pork Loin Filet
|
|
4 tablespoons CARAPELLI® Olive Oil
|
|
1 bottle Texas-style barbecue sauce
|
|
|

| DIRECTIONS |
Prepare grill and set for medium-hot cooking. Unwrap pork loin filet. Make partial, 1/2-inch deep slits into the top of the loin, every inch from end to end. Brush generously with olive oil, forcing some inside the slits. Place barbecue sauce in a grill-proof pan and set it on the side of the grill top to warm. Place loin on the grill and turn every minute or two to brown it evenly, then only as needed. It will take about 15 minutes to completely cook the pork loin. During the last 5 minutes of grilling, brush on barbecue sauce, forcing some into the slits. Baste and turn continually until the internal temperature reaches 145ºF to 155ºF. Serve remaining sauce on the side.

your favorite deli potato salad and grilled corn on the cob.
