| Pork Chops with Garlic Potatoes |

| INGREDIENTS |

1 package HORMEL® ALWAYS TENDER® Bone-In Center Cut Chops
|
|
3 pounds potatoes, peeled and cut into 1 inch pieces
|
|
3 cloves garlic, peeled
|
|
1/4 cup milk
|
|
1/4 cup sour cream
|
|
1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
|
|
1/4 teaspoon salt
|
|
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
|
|
|

| DIRECTIONS |
|
Prepare pork chops according to package directions. In large saucepan, place potatoes and garlic; cover with water. Cook over medium-high heat 20 minutes or until tender. Drain. Beat potatoes and garlic with electric mixer until smooth. Stir in milk, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper. Serve mashed potatoes with pork chops.
