| INGREDIENTS |

1 can (10 1/2-ounce) chicken broth
|
|
1 tablespoon HOUSE OF TSANG® Wok Oil
|
|
1 package HORMEL® ALWAYS TENDER® Teriyaki Flavored Pork Tenderloin, cut into 1/2-inch strips
|
|
2 tablespoons cornstarch
|
|
3/4 teaspoon ground ginger
|
|
3 tablespoons HOUSE OF TSANG® Less Sodium Soy Sauce
|
|
1 package (16-ounce) frozen vegetable medley, thawed and drained
|
|
hot, cooked white rice
|
|
|

| DIRECTIONS |
|
In small bowl, combine broth, soy sauce, cornstarch and ginger. In wok or large skillet, heat oil. Add pork. Stir-fry 3-4 minutes. Add vegetables and broth mixture. Cover and cook 3-4 minutes or until hot. Serve over rice.
