1 package HORMEL® ALWAYS TENDER® Pork Loin Back Ribs (about 3 lbs)
|

1/3 cup lemon juice
|
|
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
|
|
1/2 cup molasses
|
|
1/2 cup soy sauce
|
|
1/2 cup ground mustard
|
|
3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
|
|
3 drops hot pepper sauce
|
|

| DIRECTIONS |
|
Place ribs in large plastic food storage bag. Stir lemon juice into flour until smooth; add remaining ingredients. Pour over ribs, turning to coat. Seal bag. Refrigerate overnight. Remove from marinade. Place ribs, bone side down in shallow pan. Heat oven to 350°F. Bake until ribs reach an internal temperature of 160°F, about 2-1/2 hours.
