Cooking Directions

Conventional Oven: Heat oven to 350°F. Remove pork from wrapper. Place in shallow baking pan. Bake 25-30 minutes per pound or until meat thermometer reaches 160°F.

Grill: Remove pork from wrapper. Place on grill. Grill over medium-low heat 18-25 minutes per pound or until meat thermometer reaches 160°F, turning frequently.

Broil: Place pork on preheated broiler pan so that it is 4 inches from heat source. Broil until the pork is brown on one side; turn and broil the other side until brown. Cook to an internal temperature of 155°-160°F. Season as desired and serve.

Pan Fry / Sauté: Heat a small amount of oil over medium heat in skillet. Place pork in skillet; do not cover. Cook pork uncovered, turning occasionally. Cook meat to an internal temperature of 155°-160°F.
