| Saigon Pizza Squares |

| INGREDIENTS |
|
1 cup HORMEL® ALWAYS TENDER® Pork, chopped and cooked
|
|
3 tablespoons hot and spicy barbecue sauce
|
|
1 Lavosh (Armenian cracker bread) *
|
|
1/2 cup chopped fresh mushrooms
|
|
1/2 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
|
|
1/4 cup chopped green onion
|
|
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
|
|
2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
|
|
Saigon Sauce (see recipe below)
|

| DIRECTIONS |
|
Place pork and barbecue sauce in self-sealing plastic bag; seal and turn several times to coat. Refrigerate 1-2 hours. Heat oven to 375 degrees F. Place Lavosh on baking sheet. Spread Saigon Sauce to within 1/2-inch of edge. Top with pork mixture, mushrooms, bell pepper, green onion, and cheese. Bake 15-20 minutes or until cheese is melted. Sprinkle with cilantro. Cut into squares.
*1 (14 to 16-inch) prebaked thin pizza crust may be substituted.
SAIGON SAUCE: In small bowl, stir together 1/3 cup hoisin sauce, 2 tablespoons plum sauce, 1 tablespoon creamy peanut butter, 1/2 teaspoon crushed garlic, and 1/4 teaspoon grated gingerroot.
