| Barbecue Pork Cocktail Buns |

3 pounds HORMEL® ALWAYS TENDER® Pork Tenderloin
|
|
CARAPELLI® Extra Virgin Olive Oil
|
|
1 (18-ounce) jar barbecue sauce
|
|
36 small potato buns split
|
|

| DIRECTIONS |
|
Heat oven to 425°F. Place pork on shallow pan. Brush with olive oil. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until meat thermometer reaches 155°F. Cut pork into thin strips. Combine pork strips and barbecue sauce; place in 3-quart casserole. Cover. Refrigerate 8 to 24 hours. To serve, heat oven to 325°F. Heat pork 1 1/4 hours or until hot, stirring occasionally. Spoon pork mixture into buns.
